The focus of this update is varied, and it’s quite large — probably the largest single update yet, hitting every game area. There is still a lot to do before the storyline, though.


Heres the changelog.

Version 0.11 Update (End of March 2026)

# Lore & Text Additions


  • 3 tooltip string changes to relay their mouseover better.

  • 1 header string text in laws changed.

  • Characters for partnerships updated with their final names, portrait identities, silhouettes. They also have their own game folder for portraits now.

  • 7 new entries to the the infopanel Glossary.

  • 3 new buffs entries to the the infopanel Warfare.

  • Stability renamed to unrest in Glossary.

  • Added missing hotkey line for opening closing music player to hotkey list.


# Bugs


  • Fixed: Goods produced per day on side tabs has wrong calculations.

  • Fixed: Unequip button shows on overview equipment when it should not.

  • Fixed: UI element showing on manual combat when its not supposed to.

  • Fixed: Edit boxes show black areas on transitions.

  • Fixed: The trade agreement button if at war is a slightly different color when shifting panels after trade agreement is initiated, Minor UI Conflict.

  • Fixed: On overview selection 3 of building upkeep the text is too long for the string messing up the sizing and need to be lengthened.

  • Fixed: Edit box for send gift text size on max size screen has the wrong font size.

  • Fixed: Questpanel UI rewards section has layering issues changing UI appearance.

  • Fixed: Questpanel UI rewards is missing icons and ui if all 5 rewards slots are used.

  • Fixed: All but 1 of 5 rewards slots are in need of tooltip strings updating to what there icons are if all 5 slots are used.

  • Fixed: Infopanel UI section has layering issues changing UI appearance of production or resource indicators.

  • Fixed: On infopanel tab 1 & 2 the subheader string is missing above the icon section for detailed information.

  • Fixed: Misalignment in 3rd 4th star of the ratings animation on pets panel its 1px off.

  • Fixed: The cancel and confirm buttons are the wrong way around on the animal pen, dynasty and partnership UI.

  • Fixed: On the infopanel if open theres a bit of wood UI showing from an offscreen piece of UI.

  • Fixed: The pet UI has some incorrect spacing on UI.

  • Fixed: There is a big in the selection data of the 5th portrait in dynasty, partnerships and petspanel leading to wrong UI.

  • Fixed: Building and training text entry if no selections were made and a value entered cause bugs that break the UI.

  • Fixed: If in infopanel and you hire dog and switch to dynasty or partnership or a combination of such then switch to any selection of the top menu items for other sections of the info, images are still showing on UI where they should be invisible.

  • Fixed: Stars and some panel UI elements not dissapearing if switching to other sections of Infopanel along the top bar.

  • Fixed: UI rewards & resource animations in the Infopanel has incorrect spacing.

  • Fixed: Projected goods strings is slightly out of alignment on building / training review panels.

  • Fixed: Buildings and training selection images have pixelation issues from resizing.

  • Fixed: Popup tooltip for pets is layered wrong.

  • Fixed: On building panel, military or defensive, icons are missing on 3 resources, if you open to review panel and close some of them also vanish.

  • Fixed: End of day report tooltip has incorrect layering.

  • Fixed: Selection indicator around player armies not moving with armies on retreat success.

  • Fixed: Infopanel & Questpanel is showing advisor action button and not your kingdom elements on the top UI Bar.

  • Fixed: No button press sounds on hotkey usage for menus Esc, F1, F2, F3.

  • Fixed: On manual combat, when you select an army move it, then select an enemy army. and use the controls it will move the player army instead.

  • Fixed: Retreat bar animation not resetting on finished state or new selections after its ran once.

  • Fixed: Shift + number hotkeys dont work in retreat mode to switch between your armies, when certain retreat actions have been used.



# Added Mechanics


  • Event popup UI and Mechanics combat type added and limited to once per day activation across kingdoms you're at war with.

  • Manual combat, top row action buttons now have disabled versions, and activate only after the initial combat roll start. Buttons now trigger the popups as well as some UI flair changes.

  • When declaring war on a kingdom, Any active trade agreements you have with that kingdom will now end.

  • When at war all other tab buttons are now disabled and a status ui piece and string shows in its place to indicate an at war status to the player.

  • Diplomacy send gift tab is improved, the list is now more compact and aligned and details its a previous gift log clearer, As well as indicating the potential gain on the review panel for the amount entered. In addition to this the sent gift history entry text is also now redone to be clearer.

  • Main map icons now have a red glow if at war with that kingdom.

  • Main map icons now have a green glow if trading with that kingdom.

  • The trigger of the combat popup only happens now if at war with a kingdom & once a day for now.

  • Send gift log now saves after new additions and also resets entry edit box upon completion or exit as well as the txt file resetting on a new game now.

  • You can now only work with animals if you have them set as your active pet in the animal pen this comes with a UI cover and lock and limitations on the buttons.

  • On the Infopanel partnerships, dynasty, pets UI when in review mode and you change selection without confirming or declining the choice, It now resets review mode back to default.

  • New selection highlight mechanics on pets, dynasty, partnerships popup in the infopanel as the old method had a few bugs and limitations.

  • Builders yard defensive walls changed to a buildable fortification (Complete with art and description), You can still build defensive walls in the training panel.

  • Advanced the partnerships and dynasty panels with the same functionality as the pets panel.

  • Manual combat popup now has archery selection shooting window so you can see which of the grids your troops are on and so you can choose a location on the field to volley. Complete with UI legend.

  • Manual Combat Buffs UI, Now has its first buffs Added for player side: Army Attack (Rallying Buff), Fortification Defense (Fortifications Buff), Army Defense (Guarded Buff).

  • All frames and UI areas you go to now remember kingdom selection on the main map and revert back to the correct selection previously made on return to the main map, Even if you open up the info or quest panels.

  • Enemy armies will no longer be selectable when in retreat mode. And selecting either army now resets selection of the opposing armies.



# Other


  • Added 9 Weapons; Old Rusty Knife, Skinners Knife, Arming Sword, Billhook and Chopping Board,Old Skillet, Shears, Master Bow Variants.

  • Added 10 Shields; (Kingdom Designs and others).

  • Altered some equipment images to better fit the UI if large.

  • Altered an equipment slot string text for chest piece.

  • Fixed a few blemishes in item images.

  • Altered equipment forged by strings on several items.

  • Player now starts with 10 tier 1 houses to test population elements.

  • Tweaked parts of elements of UI on event popup to match wood effect to elsewhere in game.

  • Early Morning Report string updated to make a UI area clearer.

  • New Game Popup for new game selections has been resized and altered to fit in better with margins of other elements.

  • Updated Outskirts gate and wall art alongside changing map coloring to blend all areas of UI appearance.

  • Improved / sharpened the opinion icons for kingdoms on diplomacy panel.

  • Diplomacy send gift section # replaced with the asterian coin to clearer indicate the gifting of gold.

  • Player main map icon now has a teal glow to represent you and in future any story allies.

  • The automated popup for combat UI flags now have edges lightened, the clock wood effect now has lightened edges, 2 other UI panels have edges to emphasize flag bar more against the shadow backdrop.

  • Locked law cover panels now have better placement and have been resized to fit better and also have a new UI design too, the strings indicating max amount of laws now update as you unlock more law sections.

  • Improved several woodgrain effects used across the game for better UI visuals.

  • Leave pen button now has button press sound and some of the other button press sounds are now removed if their components are hidden behind other UI.

  • Padlock icons redesigned across all frames.

  • Repositioned the automated combat UI left side character image components which where out of alignment with each other, and resized some button and UI elements to finish the design.

  • Improved the lock panel UI appearance on the advisor actions panel.

  • Review panel UI background improved on advisors, diplomacy, advisor actions review sections.

  • Positive and negative UI pieces on some review panels recolored with a new red and green and redesigned edge and lowered height to fit the art style better.

  • 2 new on mouseover tooltips for viewing fort, location icons on view area.

  • Added a new background shadow to cover other UI info & elements while the pets, dynasty, partnerships panel is open.

  • Infopanel close panel button is now limited and wont work from behind the shadow layer if the popups are open.

  • Added new fort icon on the diplomacy panel to detail how many forts a kingdom has, complete with tooltip and unique image dependent on which kingdom is selected.

  • Building, Training, Diplomacy, Advisor actions review panel now have repositioned avatar image elements to fit the area better.

  • Updated review panel UI when building to show need for production per day, And on training to now show single attack & defense UI unless craftsmen then it shows 1 bar long to show production output, Also repositioned strings there that were out of alignment associated with these.

  • Building and training panels now have a lock over the # symbol when no selection is made on entry boxes for each as well as now including a locked text that shows in this state.

  • Polished up all the icon color edges for resources, gold, items in the early morning report and in training, building, overview sections, Infopanels, Kingdom Stats Bars. As well as fixed some blemishes in the wine icons across all frames with them.

  • Owned count icon on the building panel now changes to a new animation if selection is on the defensive row to indicate crates rather than buildings.

  • Projected goods animation now changes depending on selection made in building or training review panels. Each designed to indicate the function of the selected items.

  • Overview sections spacers have a new color and troops sections selection buttons edges recolored to better meet the style of the finished panels.

  • Overview troops selection buttons for all and personal might have been switched around on the troops panel.

  • Manual combat popup now has a close button.

  • Manual combat now triggers the correct frame and sets up a standard combat scene for now.

  • Added tooltips on advisor actions for top bar action points Icon & rewards Icon.

  • Added tooltips to player and enemy buffs on manual combat.

  • Redesigned tooltip edge UI look across all frames.

  • Buildings & Training Panels now reset selections to unselected on reentry.

  • When reviewing view area local conversations, Scrap and confirm order buttons text strings now change to Leave City and Meet Person. If city, If not a city then, Stop Searching, Look Further text strings.

  • In Manual combat when retreat is running its calculations troop movement is now limited, And buttons associated now show a disabled version.

  • Updated hotkey string list to be clearer.

  • Minimize to tray, minimize, maximize & esc hotkeys now have sound on usage.

  • Music player buttons / hotkeys now have sounds on press.

  • Several string recolorations across many panels.
